Terms of Service

If you wish to hire me for a private commission, please read thoroughly through my TOS and services I offer, as well as the current prices.

DOS AND DON'TSWILL DO:
• Canines & Felines (including pets)
• Humans and Humanoids
• Anthros/Furries (based on humanoid anatomy)
• (Some) Other Animals
• Couples and Ships of any gender
• Gore (not too skilled with very heavy gore)
• Suggestive & Revealing Clothing (ferals excluded)
• Style Imitations (ex. Wolfwalkers, Sonic)
• Other (message me what you have in mind)WON'T DO:
• NSFW
• Hateful artwork, fetishes, anything inappropriate

01 GENERAL TERMS• Prices are subject to change based on quality of my future work.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• You MUST be at least 16 years old to commission me or have your parents' approval. [Applies to Real Currencies only] Parents: I will not be responsible if your child commissions me without consent.————————02 REQUIRED INFORMATION• You must provide me with clear references/pictures of your character/pet.
• Basic character/pet information along with a short description of their personality.
• Pose and expression, reference pictures or descriptions.
• Make sure your references are clear to avoid misunderstanding and make it easier to draw.
• Short explanation of the scene.
• Anything else I may need to know (ex. easily missed details).————————03 PAYMENT• I accept payment in USD through PayPal only. If you wish to pay in EUR, the prices will be converted from USD to EUR.
• Payment can be done 100% upfront or split half upfront and half after sketch approval.
• Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to accept your order.
• Once accepted, we will discuss the final price and I will request payment.————————04 PROCESS & DELIVERY• The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 1 week – 2-3 months depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and health.
• You can be provided with a few drafts, from which you can choose one and request a change on it, if needed. [Applies to bigger pieces]
• I will give you WIPs of each stage (sketch, lineart, colour;) to ensure I have not missed any details.
• You can ask about the current process of your commission at any time.
• Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution images along with variations of it (flat colours if rendered piece is commissioned; transparent PNG;).————————05 REVISIONS• Revisions are free of charge during the sketch process.
• Major revisions after the lineart has been approved will be charged an extra fee.
• Changes on the finished piece will be charged an extra fee (smaller not included: ex. highlights; different lineart colour;), unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
• If you wish to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the fee depends on the change you want me to make.
• Adding certain things to the drawing may come with a fee if I am close to finishing the piece.————————06 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY• Refunds are only allowed before or during the sketch phase.
• Once the sketch is approved, the buyer is no longer allowed a refund.
• If I am unable to start your commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.————————07 COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, PAWZRECOLE:
• reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
• will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of the terms.
• reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.YOU, THE CLIENT/COMMISSIONER:
• may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social medias.
• may use it for personal purposes only (ex. printing it and framing)
• may NOT make profit from the commissioned piece (reselling; redistributing; selling prints; etc.), unless previously discussed.
• may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
• MAY be able to sell the artwork depending on what you commissioned me for (ex. in-game custom decor).
• retain the rights to the intellectual property.
• may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless the artwork has been made for that purpose.WHAT IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
• Reproducing/using the non-commercial, copyrighted artwork commercially - making money off of it in any way not excluded from these terms.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Altering the artwork without my consent.

WHAT DO YOU GET?
• Drafts from which you must decide the one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission, there might be fewer or more drafts).
• Final sketch that you must accept before I continue the work.
• Other stages which must be approved before I continue the work.
• Insight and involvement in the colour plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece, there may be more options).
• Full-resolution file (I usually work with 4000 x 5000 px and 4000 x 4000 px canvases; the size is discutable, although I will not go over 5000 px) of final drawing in PNG file format.
• You can request the JPG file format to be sent along with the PNG format.

Bust:
Comes with no-background/solid colour or simple backround background.
• Sketch bust - $7 USD
• Flat bust - $15 USD
• Simple shaded bust - $20 USD
Extra character: 80% of the price
(ex. flat bust is $15 USD, an extra character would be $12 USD)

Fullbody:
Comes with no-background/solid colour or simple backround background.
• Sketch fullbody - $15 USD
• Flat fullbody - $20 USD
• Simple shaded fullbody - $25 USD
Extra character: 80% of the price

Reference Sheet:
Comes with a simple design background, solid colour background or picture background.
The price of the reference sheet widely depends on:
• Whether it will consist of sketchy or clean lineart.
• How many fullbodies, headshots, accessories and miscellaneous things you want included.
• The complexity of the character.
• The starting price for it is $15 USD (sketchy)/$25 USD (lined)/$30 USD (simple shaded).
• The base price includes a fullbody, accessories on the character and simple accessories on the side, colour palette and (optionally) a name along with short notes.
• Comes with a discount if 2+ body views are added-on (busts, halfbodies, fullbodies).

Reference Sheet:
Comes with a simple design background, solid colour background or picture background.
The price of the reference sheet widely depends on:

I have the right to refuse your commission if I don't think I'll be able to portay your character(s) well, or if I'm uncomfortable doing it.
All commissions are defaulted as non-commercial use only, unless stated otherwise. You may not use your commissioned piece for commercial purposes.
Prices may vary depending on the complexity of your character(s).

PAYMENT
All payments are issued through PayPal in USD/EUR only.
I take payment fully upfront or half before and half after the sketch has been approved. I will not continue to work on your commission until the rest of the payment has been made.
